Why we’re loved …

Empanda Properties is an Independent Residential & Commercial Letting Agency and Property Management company based in Altrincham, South Manchester. We let and manage properties throughout South Manchester and Manchester City Centre.

Where’s the name from?

Empanda was the Roman Goddess who’s temple was always open to those in need. Manchester is a Roman Town built around the Roman Fort Mamucium, also known as Mancunium. Connor wanted the brand name to be steeped in Mancunian history and the fact that her temple was always open to those in need, truly resonated with him.

When it comes to property, Empanda Properties is a solution-led business. If there’s a challenge that arises we will always look for answers and discuss the best way forward, mindful of cost and convenience. We were founded to do things differently and do the simple jobs well with a focus on three core principles.

Three Core Principles:

We recognise that what you’re asking us to do is manage your most valuable assets or find a new home for your business. It’s paramount that the relationship is founded on trust. If we say we’re going to do it, we do it. You can hold us to account on that.

Open and honest communication is the foundation of any good relationship, right? But in our experience is the greatest point of tension between property owners and agents. There should be open and accessible lines of communication at all times. It’s something we pride ourselves on. You’ll always be able to reach us and we’ll keep you updated on everything.

We don’t hide costs or mark up contractors. You know exactly where your money goes. That’s the way it should be but we think it’s unique in the industry.

Here to make lives easier.

We pride ourselves on our honest, friendly and professional approach and we genuinely love what we do.

We’re always happy to have a chat, whether you’re looking at renting out your property or are in search of a new home for your business. So please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
