Our Philosophy
Manchester is a Roman town. Since our knowledge of the city is what makes us stand out, it seemed fitting to name ourselves Empanda, after the Roman goddess who opened her doors to those in need.
We like to think we operate in much the same way: combining comprehensive support with an empathetic approach so that tenants, property owners, leaseholders and operations directors all benefit from our service.
What we stand for
Property owners are leaving their most valuable asset in our care, and we don’t take that for granted. Which is why our team prioritises trust, communication and transparency above all else.
We won’t hide costs, or mark-up contractors. What we will do is maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure all parties are satisfied – everyone’s a winner.
Our Founder
Having been in property for most of his life, Connor Moylan wanted to give the lettings industry a fresh coat of paint. Scrapping hidden fees and placing empathy above scalability, he has grown Empanda Properties from a small start-up to one of Manchester’s market leaders.
With years of experience behind him, Connor then applied this same approach to commercial lettings. And thanks to his partnerships with some of the city’s senior suppliers, Empanda Properties is able to find the dream home for any business – whether that’s a single desk, or a large office space.
